Estate stays and events require a separate confirmed arrangement and availability across all three houses. The 16-person capacity refers to overnight accommodation. Daytime attendance, catering, transport, activities and any additional services are agreed and quoted separately. Individual house bookings do not include event permission.

The estate sits in a green hillside setting near Cabrera, around 300 metres above sea level. You get the feeling of being away from it all, with the coast within reach for a day out.
Beaches around Cabrera and Río San Juan are approximately 30 minutes away by car. Spend the day exploring, then come back for a swim and sunset on the estate.

Finca Jasmat is part of a cooperative of neighbouring estates in the hills north of Cabrera. A shared agreement preserves large parcels and keeps development limited, with space for nature, privacy and a more self-sufficient way of life.

Before you arrive
Both. Book the Blue House or Yellow House individually through their date links, or enquire about La Casita Blanca. For exclusive use of all three houses, contact us with your dates and group size so we can check the estate’s combined availability and prepare a quote.
The Blue House sleeps up to six, the Yellow House up to six and La Casita Blanca up to four: up to 16 overnight guests across the estate’s eight bedrooms. Tell us how your group needs to share rooms. Any additional daytime guests or event attendance must be agreed separately.
Yes, the whole estate can be arranged for retreats and private events. Share your plans before booking so we can agree the format, attendance, timings and any services required. Regular individual house reservations do not include permission to hold an event.
Each house has its own pool and outdoor space. The Yellow House listing specifies a saltwater pool. You can see the individual settings in the house photographs above.
The Blue House and Yellow House listings include daily Dominican breakfast. Confirm the meal arrangements for La Casita Blanca or an estate booking with us. If your group needs additional meals or catering, include that in your enquiry so availability and costs can be discussed.
The Blue House and Yellow House list Starlink Wi-Fi; La Casita Blanca lists wireless internet. If you need video calls or a particular connection setup, tell us before booking. Finca Jasmat is an off-grid setting, so we recommend confirming your specific power and connectivity needs in advance.
Finca Jasmat sits in the hills near Cabrera on the Dominican Republic’s north coast. Beaches around Cabrera and Río San Juan are approximately 30 minutes away by car. The final two kilometres of the approach are unpaved; a high-clearance SUV or 4×4 is strongly recommended. Ask us about arrival directions and transport planning before arranging your journey.

La Casita Blanca, retreats and full-estate stays are quoted by enquiry. Review the final total, inclusions, minimum stay, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your booking before confirming.
