Albania

The Balkans
Go beyond Albania to discover more of the region. Montenegro, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina are among the possibilities for food, old towns, landscapes and a shared adventure.
Europe

We’re Sam and Spencer. We sold it all, left the USA and made Albania home. Smile Abroad grew from that leap—and from the people we’ve met while building a life abroad.
Now we’d love to share more of the journey with you. Come on your own, with a partner or with friends. You don’t need to be planning a move abroad or belong to the Club to register interest.

Are these trips open for booking?
This page is where you register interest and help us choose what to plan. We’ll share a trip’s dates, itinerary, price and booking terms before taking bookings or payments.
Will we travel with Sam and Spencer?
Travelling together is the idea behind Smile Abroad group travel. Each trip’s details will confirm who is hosting and how we’ll be involved before you book.
Can I be interested in more than one destination?
Yes. Choose your first choice from the destination list, then use the next field to name your second choice and any other places you’d seriously consider. Specific countries, cities and experiences are helpful.
Can I join on my own, or bring someone?
You can register interest as a solo traveller, couple or group of friends. Let us know how many people might travel. Room options, group size and any single supplement will be explained for each trip.
Do I need to be a Smile Abroad Club member?
No. Everyone is welcome to register interest, whether you’re a Club member, follow our journey online or are just getting to know us.
How much will it cost, and what will be included?
That depends on the destination, duration and format. Your optional budget answer helps us plan. Each trip will have its own clear price, inclusions, exclusions and booking terms, including how flights and accommodation are handled.
What happens after I submit the form?
We’ll use your preferences to assess interest and develop possible trips. If we develop an option that matches what you’ve told us, we’ll contact you with the details. There’s no obligation to book.
