Explore a 28-night stayWinter stay offers. Totals are per stay for up to two adults, including linens, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning. Additional guests require a quote. Any required local stay tax will be itemized separately before payment. Selected availability only; the stay must fall between 1 November 2026 and 31 March 2027. Pay 60% when your booking is agreed, with the remaining 40% due seven days before arrival. Scouting support is âŹ200 per household per stay, with the same sessions at every stay length. Existing Club members can book lodging on its own; weâll check for overlap with benefits already included in their membership.

We came to explore.
We found a home.
We sold our house in Kansas City and landed in Albaniaâa country weâd never visitedâwith no long-term plan. We explored Tirana, considered DurrĂ«s and VlorĂ«, and wondered where we might feel at home.
Then an unexpected road trip down the Albanian Riviera brought us to Saranda. Finding an apartment and building a community turned a place we were discovering into a life we wanted to stay for.

Inquiry only. No card details or payment are collected with your inquiry. Once we agree your booking, 60% is due to reserve your stay and the remaining 40% is due seven days before arrival. An inquiry does not hold dates.

Am I booking the whole apartment?
Yes. The Aerie is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom penthouse with a kitchen, living area and sea-view terrace. Youâll have the apartment to yourselves.
Can I stay without the scouting package?
Absolutely. Come simply to enjoy Saranda. Scouting support is an optional addition for guests considering a move or a longer stay in Albania.
Is winter a good time to try living here?
Winter gives you a different perspective from the summer holiday season. Itâs a chance to explore a quieter rhythm and decide whether it suits you. Expect changeable weather and some seasonal businesses to be closed.
Can I choose other dates or a shorter stay?
Our winter offers focus on 7, 14 and 28 nights within selected availability windows. Ask about other lengths or dates and weâll see what fits. Shorter stays may be possible when they fill an available gap.
Will Sam and Spencer be there?
The penthouse is our home, and we offer it while weâre away. Planning and debrief calls take place online. The scouting packageâs neighborhood orientation is arranged with a local host.
What should I confirm before booking?
Weâll confirm access and stairs or lift details, final furnishings, sleeping arrangements, internet and heating details, available dates, and all payment and cancellation terms before you commit. Please tell us about any access needs or essentials for your stay.
